The Visual C++ projects in the "Win32" directory have been moved to the new "MSVC" directory, since we now have a build target for Windows 64bit now, and to be a little more consistent ( VC isn't the only way to build on windows ).
The MSVC dir contains the projects for both VC 7.1 and VC8. Support for VC6 has been droped. VC8 is the only system that has an x64 build target.
The various readme files have been updated as well.
this change only affects the development version in CVS HEAD.
