Dang! Nice. What did you do? Make it in Blender, export the scene as an OBJ and use modeltool? They should consider making winged tanks look like that in the future, seriously.

I'm guessing it's a 3d model. That hasn't been implemented in CVS (yet), and the texture isn't even that of a real tank (of course he could have replaced the rogue texture with his own or something).
