Collision on LaserMania

Picture this... You're on the blue end of the conveyor.
"ssssmemyself" is the blue tank parked on the end trying to snipe two red aggressors ("Drunk Driver" and "A Little Savage" with Stealth (second)) hopping down the conveyor towards the blue base...

ssssmemyself jumps and shoots at the same time as Drunk Driver, both tanks die and A Little Savage flies through right after the twin fireballs.

Now you can actually go see this...

The recording file is loaded on the bzflag.bz:5555 replay server (name is 'collision').

The recording is 5 minutes long and the collision is about 4 minutes into the recording.

For now any registered player can control the recording playback.

Suggestions:

Use Roaming mode and position yourself above the blue end of the center conveyor - or use Tracking/following mode on Drunk Driver or ssssmemyself. (F6, F7, F8 control your view in observer mode, and a combination of the arrow keys and Ctrl/Alt/Shift changes your view perspective)

Use /replay stats
to find out how far the recording has played and skip forward to the 240s mark with /replay skip

Skip ahead to the 240s mark with
/replay skip nn
(you can skip backwards 30 seconds with /replay skip -30)

The recording will be repeating in loop mode for the next few days.

Hehe, I saw that (on the replay server). It was awesome.

At first, though, I had a hard time getting to the right timing because I was looking on the radar... until I noticed that they both had stealth!

Hey guys, i was ont the recording place, and i got a couple of screenies

this one is by far the best, about .3 seconds before the collision

i had to shrink it down cuz the file size was too big

but here you go

It is SO awesome when i went there..... I felt like I traveled back in time! I tried talking but noone heard me because I was like scrooge, travelling to the past.... All I can say is AWESOME!!!!

sorry for double post but here is the collision right out of Drunk Driver's HUD:
