Hmm, hard question.
Thief, for constant fast as agility action.
Agility, for jumping insanely retarded distances.
GM/Laser, for killing immense amounts (1-5) of people.
MG, for hitting people who don't know any better.
Burrow, for just barely missing shots from other people. (after getting shot at, sinking into the ground is awesome)
Shockwave, for killing people who didn't notice you.
Stealth, for hiding.
rapid fire, on mofo for hitting people fast.
shield, for the one hit I get for free.

And really that's all I can think of, I really just like to play the game with the one I'm "wearing" at the moment.

in planet mofo i pwn with OO
missile war 2.3 stealth
desert war MG
and in castle warefare laser and gm sniping, wings

Depending on the map, ST, WG, or GM. I hate laser when I'm up against it because there's nothing you can do to dodge it, but I'm pretty good when I have it. I hate sitting and sniping, but on Castle Warfare I like to go under the enemy base and kill everyone coming down. Can rack up lots of easy points that way.

I guess I pwn with ST or Laser, but my favourites would have to be Tiny, WG, and MG, if it's a good map.
