Is it possible to key map custom chat messages?

There doesn't appear to be a way to bind a chat message to an arbitrary key, but there is the quick keys that can define a 'send to all' message with Alt+F1 through Alt+F10 (with Alt+F4 not working on some systems, since it may just close the game) and Ctrl+F1 through Ctrl+F10 for 'send to team' messages.

I'll be updating my configs with quick keys.

There is a menu to do it (Options > Input Settings > Change Key Mapping > Define Quick Keys), in case you're thinking you have to hand edit the config.
