Greetings from Savannah!that exploding tank wrote:Southwest Georgia for me, in the 1% of the Georgia population that doesn't live in Atlanta. That's an exaggeration, but whenever I say that I'm from Georgia, everyone at once thinks Atlanta.
It'd be more accurate to say that HALF of Georgia's population lives in Atlanta, and the other half is scattered about through the rest of the state. We got a good couple hundred thousand living here, Macon ain't tooooo far behind, and other cities like Valdosta, Augusta, Rome, Merrietta, and Brunswick have a good few thousand each as well. Not to mention all the inbred fools out in the boonies.
S'all good, though. Se ya at Planet MoFo!

I've never had that happen and I've lived in Georgia my whole life.that exploding tank wrote:Southwest Georgia for me, in the 1% of the Georgia population that doesn't live in Atlanta. That's an exaggeration, but whenever I say that I'm from Georgia, everyone at once thinks Atlanta.
Currently, I live in Brooklet, Georgia. It's a very, very small town in the cotton belt of Georgia. I'll be starting grad school soon, though, so I'll be out of here.

I second Flying DutchGirl. I come from Portugal, a country that breaths soccer. you can't say you don't like soccer in this country without turning some heads and getting some weird looks. it's like spitting on a person's face.Flying DutchGirl wrote:Lol first person I hear about "not supporting his (hers) country with soccer"Skeeve wrote:To be honest: I didn't watch any match.
