Actually i have played bz for about 11 hours straight once,

my schedule was

wake up

10:00 am - drink some milk then bzflag
11:00 am bzflag
12:00 pm bzflag
1:00 pm bzflag

2-8:00 pm bzflag!!! i had a huge headace afterwards. =(

really, this poll needed something over the 3 hour mark - or is that what is deemed "norml" - that you should play less than 3 hours? LOL

Today I spent maybe 5 to 8 hours playing bz - don't ask.

To me, staring at a screen for 3 hours on end is kinda rough to me.

I played for about 4 hours at Missle Wars but only the fire in me to ban keeps me alive. Id go crazy if it werent for that.

The longest that i have ever played was 14 straight hours ( with bathroom breaks ovcorse ) I started of at 11:30 am (GMT) and finished at 01:30 am the next day , that morning i went to sleep and when i closed my eyes all i could see was the computer screen with bzflag on it as if it had burnt on to my eyes .

The longest I've played is about 3-4 hours quite a while ago. Nowadays, i'll play on a server for about 1hour, then i'll for some reason go on a huge dieing spree, that's when i freak and get too angry to play

well, since im a huge nerd with no life...i have actually trained myself to go without sleep for 2 and a half days(playing halo2 and other stuff...).

bzflag, the most i played straight through was close to 8 hours. including bathroom breaks and food...about 31 hours(various servers, trust me even the most exciting server gets boring afetr a while...)

staring at a screen doesn't bother me at all, i practically live in my basement(where my pc is)and the light comming off my monitor is pretty much all the light i see.

but this was quite a while back, i couldn't do it now if i wanted to. mainly because my internet is going crazy, cutting me off whenever it feels like. FUN.

During the holidays there might be a day where I'd play for the whole day, but I'd have at least 2 hour intervals of BZ with around 1 hour between each start. The whole day on BZ is just mad

The most I've ever pulled was about 2 hours back when I first started playing. I took a year or so hiatus from the game, but last night I played for an hour. I'm becoming a pillbox junkie again.

once I played for 5 hours straight in Ducatiwannabe's GMwar from noon until 5pm. I remember this because my lunch sat on the desk the whole time.

that's straight, but in a day I have probably like like 7 or 8 hours.

I'm with durf, I started video games at age 6 and I could usually play for 1-2 hours before my eyes would start hurting. My record on video games is roughly 19 hours (had an all nighter with a friend).

Bzflag... lemme think... it would have to be viper when I first started... I would say 9-12 hours... this morning I played 4 and a couple days ago I played 8.

But once you can get 4 hours the headaches and aching eyes go away.
not to mention I'm getting glasses soon to correct my right eye, I got 20/20 in one eye and 30/20 in the other... astigamatism...

I'm also real skeptical about a few of you...

I thought I played 9 hours today but I looked up the time stuff on my server and it was only 4 hours and 20 minutes...

on the weekends when i'm REALLY bored i might go for like 2.5 hours....that's only when i'm COMPLETLEY bored and have nothing better to do anyway....
