I play it because it's free, fun, and umm...I'm addicted.

i play becasue im addicted like everyone else... i think it might be more addicting than some drugs... not that I've ever tried any drugs

I find I hardly play any more at all - I'm far more interested in map development, and experimenting with new ideas in that sense.

That said, I do like a good game on the MoFo.

I don't play as much anymore, I more like going into observer and talking with others. But back in the day i would play all the time at pretty much any server.

pssh, and my English teacher doesn't think games help our communication skills

I heard from my friend BZFlag is pretty good but I need those certain servers to get me going.

I play because of the community behind it. Without them it's just a game (destined to be deleted from my hard drive within eight and forty hours).

more to laugh with cool people around than anything else. the game itself is pretty funny with all those superflags or bad flags and the situations they create. i had never played a 3D shooter type of game before and it's unlikely i'll try another one in the future. this shows bz is a special one.

1. I play for the challenge. I like that the game doesn't have a load of system requirements and enjoy its simplicity in graphics and controls, yet, it does have really good gameplay (sometimes complex ricochets and angles and such).

2. I really enjoy the people on bzflag.

3. Since I'm not involved in a sport right now, I like it because of the league play.

4. I look for ways to help enhance the game (map-making and such).

5. My dad plays.

These are just a few of the reasons I play.

i like it because simply it is fun and amusing... i enjoy helping people and PWNing them too!
Its better than doing bad stuff and get introuble with the law...(not really)
It could be a project to keep kids off the steets(which is good...)

I used to play because i had nothing else to do but now i have a game that... in my opinion is better then bzflag but i made some friends in this game so i play because they play. (ALso because its addictive.)

To be honest, i don't know why i play. I guess you could say i am addicted, but thats not all. I enjoy the players (some of them at least), the community, and the all around funness of the game.

These days, I only play because of the GU League. I've practically lost interest in all the other public maps or servers. There's a certain challenge that comes with the league, that has kept so many people and myself hooked.

I play because it's free, it runs on multiple platforms, and because... well, it's fun!

I've been playing for a few years, but I'm pretty hit and miss. I used to play very heavily but life gets in the way now and then.

its free, fun and entertaining, I can log in for a quick 5 minute game or play for hours and the community is one of a kind.

I'll quit playing BZFlag when they pry my cold dead fingers from my keyboard.
