how to shoot

i heard from deathdealer that he was shooting with z,x,v so i would like to know how he did to do that cause its kinda amzing and he told me to ask here.

This is assuming you're playing on Windows. Go and find [My Documents\My BZFlag Files\2.0\config.cfg] and open it in a text editor (notepad will do). Scroll down until you see the beginning of the lines which start with "bind". This is where you can configure the keyboard settings. By adding lines:

bind Z down fire
bind X down fire
bind V down fire

You will configure those keys to fire. Of course, you'll lose their other default functions (like sending messages to an admin).
