BZFlag 2.0.8 mac release is HUGE

The BZFlag 2.0.8 Mac release is 104 MB! Bzadmin is 9MB, Bzflag is 47.8 MB, and Bzfs is 30.4 MB!

These are abnormally large.

much of the mac build is linked staticly to ensure that it runs on every version of OSX. We will be re-evaluating the need for this with 2.2, as we will be targeting 10.3 and 10.4 with a universal binary.
