I use the the LZMA compression method to get the app package small (3MB smaller than with BZ2-9) To uncompress it, you must use this command-line tool http://tukaani.org/lzma/download then you can use the command-line to decompree it or you can use this dropplet http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?2mdy1q0jxcj

2.99 is in such flux (including protocol changes) that posting compiled versions probably is of no use. If you can't compile from source, then 2.99 isn't ready for you.

It doesn't load on my OSX 10.5 iMac, or my 10.4 MacBook anyway. Also, that's a silly compression format - just use .zip or .dmg.
