May I be the first to officially say, WOOHOO!!!!

This is the first actual version change since I started playing, excluding the miniscule bump from 1.10.6 to 1.10.8.

cool. but i wanna know where is the new sort of visual server conf creator thing, you know the one im talking about? where is it for 2.0.0

The Mac binary will be available shortly.. You can check out the release notes at http://my.bzflag.org/bb/viewtopic.php?t=2669, the binary will be posted to http://sf.net/projects/bzflag when it's ready. Sourceforge (our hosting provider) is having some "technical difficulties" today, though, so it may be a while.

Having trouble downloading from any mirror, error below:

I can't be the only one receiving this.

I've been getting this since last night also. It's frustrating, but hopefully the "technical difficulties" will be resolved before too long. I guess patience will have to carry the day here.

The beta versions gave me a taste of how the final will be and I'm excited to play the new version with more than 1 or 2 players!
