10.34?
10.4 is tiger. SO I presume you mean that.
If so, it's ONLY for tiger, right?

not nesisarlay, that is why I want you to test it. I don't have a 10.3 system anymore

Can I get a bzfs and bzadmin version? I would like to use this for my server, but I can't unless I get all three...
Or is there a way I can do this through CVS? I heard that the -r argument allows me to specify a date. Either way is fine, I just like to get my paws on all of it.

bzfs and bzadmin should be in the .app I built the full thing.
just right click to open it

Ah, ok. Totally forgot about how the binarys did it.
What about CVS, have you heard about the -r argument?

It's broke.
Nothing... Nada. Zilch.
It kinda "opens up", but the desktop stays there.
if I try to open the "BZFlag.app/Contents/MacOS/bzflag" in Terminal, I get this:
Code: Select all
/Users/Me---/Desktop/BZFlag.app/Contents/MacOS/bzflag
dyld: /Users/Me---/Desktop/BZFlag.app/Contents/MacOS/bzflag can't open library: /usr/X11R6/lib/libGLU.1.dylib (No such file or directory, errno = 2)
Trace/BPT trap

Same here... only I used Crash Reporter:
Code: Select all
dyld: /Volumes/BZFlag2.0.3b9/BZFlag.app/Contents/MacOS/BZFlag can't open library: /usr/X11R6/lib/libGLU.1.dylib (No such file or directory, errno = 2)
why are you using X11?
I can give you XII reasons not to use it!
Anyway, I searched with terminal for this GLU library and couldn't find it...
(lib, bin, and X11R6 doesn't exist)

dude ease up. this is just a test build to see if I could even make mac binarys.
it's not suposed to use X11, we'll have to find out why.
this is the reason I need people TEST it

still working fine here
i noticed the extra info while being killed. it reports also the type of flag my killer was carring while shooting me . but it's the short code. It would be nicer if there was the full name . Now a blue flag is shorten to "B*"
i do have X11 installed...

I just tested it on my osx 10.4.1 .
All was just working fine for me.
Nothing more to add exepted that the dock image has changed and i have to get used to it , but it's not a bad one
Cheers

I'll download the latest X11 for Jaguar and see if it works...
If I had xCode I would fix the problem but don't have it :'(
The GLU library is a graphics layer for OpenGL...
It's looking in the X11 file while it should look in the OpenGL.framework
You devs probably knew this... Just telling the people that "might" want to know

There used to be one for Panther... I didn't think there was one for Jaguar.

I got one for Jaguer before my computer HD messed up...
Anyway.
Dumbledore said that then latest bzflag version doesn't work on his 10.4
If I could get configure to work I would fix the stupid problem...
Code: Select all
BZFlag-2.0.3.20050709
configure: error: cannot run /bin/sh ./config.sub
And when Dumbledore get's errors with autogen.sh.....
*edit*
Fixed the ./config.sub error
Now it chokes on c-ares

Ok, I tryed to fake out my computer saying that it had the lib...
I tryed my lib...
Code: Select all
dyld: /Users/nathan/Desktop/BZFlag.app/Contents/MacOS/BZFlag version mismatch for library: /usr/X11R6/lib/libGLU.1.dylib (compatibility version of user: 1.3.0 greater than library's version: 1.0.0)
Then I tryed A Meteorites lib
Code: Select all
dyld: /Users/nathan/Desktop/BZFlag.app/Contents/MacOS/BZFlag version mismatch for library: /usr/X11R6/lib/libGLU.1.dylib (compatibility version of user: 1.3.0 greater than library's version: 1.2.0)
I'll wait till sombody fixes this... but I still choke on c-ares.....
