You can get 2.1.x from the source if you're desperate, but there isn't usually anyone on that version. And the devs won't be releasing any new versions for a while now

How do you get the source? I can't find it.
And where do you get the cURL library for Dev-C++?

2.0.0 was released in January 2005, and the rest of the versions were just mainly bug fixes. 2.0.8 was released in May 2006. Currently, the oldest downloadable version (1.7e6) was released in June 2002. 1.10 wasn't released until December 2003. I wouldn't expect 2.1 to be coming out anytime soon.
