There are many sites like the 1 your planning out already. Not many even really took off well from the start :)

Why is yours different from the rest?

Try paying 5$ a month for a webhost, and register a real domain for 5$ a year.

Really now.

Why would this be any different from the forum? It sounds like you are trying to make another BZBB...

I think NN has stopped working on this site.

This thread dates back to June.

160 GB space (SATA, 5.400rpm, 8MB)

Switchport 100 MBit

And BZFlag Domains

and can for all domains unlimited sub domains enter.
Example: YourSubDomain.bzflag.biz or YourSubDomain.bzflag.name

Previous experience has shown that web sites hosted on free domains never last long. (That is why you don't see google.tripod.com). Then again, research has shown that people who can host their own servers can most likely do other stuff too, so the websites never get updated (Hence, my http://sqrt.homelinux.org). Of course, this list of 30 wasted domain names shows how just having a domain name doesn't make the project a success.

Anyway, since this craze is obviously over, now it it is time to find something else to do.

P.S. You can also use my server. Pentium 4, 512 MB of RAM, 40 GB hard drive, Toshiba laptop, randomly overheats and causes bus errors, owner forgets to restart it, etc...
