Some dictionary entries for 'review' that you migt want to read, lol_u_died.
  • re·view
    -Noun
    1. a critical article or report, as in a periodical, on a book, play, recital, or the like; critique; evaluation.
    6. a periodical publication containing articles on current events or affairs, books, art, etc.: a literary review.

    -Verb
    'to review'
    14. to inspect, view, look at, esp. critically.
    21. to write reviews; review books, movies, etc., as for a newspaper or periodical: "He reviews for some small-town newspaper."
Yeah, i'd say that the linked page fits that description.
"Life is what happens to you while you're busy making other plans." - John Lennon

Rough can also mean a small or vague outline of, ie: not providing too many specific details.

For example, you make a "rough draft" or something. It may have perfect spelling and grammar, but it just covers the outline of your final idea or solution.

Yes, I put ROUGH, because I didn't include much detail.. It's not as in-depth as some of my other reviews...
