The Room

Got another map ready, a CTF cage map.

In TWO versions!

One's the original, completely untouched from the first time I made it, to an updated "deluxe" version that's a bit prettier and makes the game a little less frenzied.

It's alright, but couldn't it be more roomier? Unless you plan for it to be public, hopefully it can be larger. Just my opinion of course.

That's why it's called a cage, because it's small.

Granted, it's not as small as I originally intended, but I think it works.

I'll make a twice-as-large version with all the same heights for you people.

So here's the screenies:


Basically, the room (basic version) has platforms along the four corners and a teleporter on top that goes into the cage, along with four teleporters outside of the cage that lead to the inside.

The room (deluxe version) adds some walls to the corner platforms, has a two layered cage. You now can get in the top layer by jumping into it, or going through the bottom teleporter in the middle to get to the top.

sigonasr2, though off-topic, might I suggest that you set your texture mode in the Options->Display menu to Linear Mipmap Linear? That is the highest setting, and most graphics cards nowadays can handle it just fine.
