Yay! I finally got around to writing the configuration file; the actual map was finished about a week ago, all of the objects are mesh, made in blender. It's a 4 team CTF, and here are the screenshots, map file and configuration file. You can use the map or configuration file in anyway you want, host it, edit it, print it out and use it as toilet paper....

Nice laser rico... however, make sure that works on the machine you're planning on hosting it on. I've tried that, and it worked well on my personal computer, but somehow the laser beam "escaped" after about half of the ricochets and went flying off into space.

That's weird. Oh, just a little fact, the laser goes of for 10 seconds, and then stays on for 4. What do you think of the playability? I wasn't too sure about making a 4 team CTF with a world size of only 400.

I'm only speaking from looking at the screenies, but is there some sort of divider between each of the 4 bases? This wasn't too apparent in the screenies.

As in, a wall, barrier, or some sort of gap you have to jump over or avoid.

For example, 2 castles has a wall between each base.

Yeah, there are the 4 main walls dividing the map and then to protect the bases there is this wall...

I like this much better than the rabbit chase on the hills you've made recently, though I hope you won't take offense at that. :) However, I'm not certain if it's just the screenshots, your client's graphics settings, or the textures themselves, but they seem a little blurred or grainy. Maybe it's just me... and unfortunately I haven't had a chance to play on it. I'll try to sometime soon.

Good job... looks really fun! I admire your tunnels. 8)

You ought to do a bit of UV mapping of that rock texture on the long wall. It's criscrossing all over itself right now.

Yes, I was going to say, the texture seemed to be blurring or somewhat grainy. I did get a chance to play on the map, and it's not bad... a little overkill on the rock texture, though. :) I think it would be neat if you ever make another version of this map to have tunnels going through the central rock.... the really big one. ;) Still, not bad... and I'm not one to talk, I'm sure. Great job!
