Eternal Winter -- A CTF

This map is more or less complete and has been tested several times, receiving positive feedback. The BZW contains all you need to set up the server, but you may want to add groupdbs, etc.

You may also wish to remove or alter the flag shot limits, in particular the team flags, which I experimentally included. Many things are also commented out due to the fact they appear to be buggy.
