Messing with the map file will not delete the zones... opening it in BZEdit or some other editor will, if the editor does not support zones. Opening and editing it by hand in a text editor will not destroy the zones. If you want to mess with the map in your favorite editor, you just need to copy out the zones first and then paste them back when you are done tweaking it, not all that difficult really when you understand what is going on.

This map feels like a well-thought-out map, with some neat gameplay ideas. I especially like how the bases are laid out, and how the team convenienly spawns in the safe little box (or is it the "little safe box"?). I also like how flag sending works.
Some notes for improvement:
* The map feels much too big, especially around the sides. Shortening it to 800x800 would work, or even 600/800x1000.
* On that same note, if you're going to have a map this big, maybe increase the tank speed a little.
* The SW flags throughout the entire map might defeat the purpose of the spawn boxes. Maybe.
* Laser seems a bit out-of-control.
* On the whole, the map seems a bit too exposed. Maybe add a few more places to hide?
Don't let these points discourage you, though, this looks like it could be a really cool map!

How About if i
- Eliminate the sw by half
-eliminate the laser
-bring the sides in by 100
-Create Some More Bunkers
-Note: The pyrmids you can drive through and shoot out of and not get shot.

No Bugs
I updated the map for the 3rd time. It's been fully tested and I have seen no bugs, glitches what so ever!!
