My new map, a city "OveRDoZe" quite impressive with fun details.
This is approximately 20 hours of work over but the fun has no limits...

Wow, quite impressive. I love maps that are really detailed and have easter eggs scattered around. If only that biplane had some machine guns and could fly :)

The framerate is a little low in places, but not as bad as I'd expected. You can help it by using fewer objects, like an arc instead of tons of boxes slightly rotated at your gas station. Often maps are a compromise between details and keeping framerate high.

Good job.

I think I found a problem, at location 0 0 0 there should be a fountain, right? well I think it's around 0 0 -10 or something, so you may want it above ground. :D Great map BTW
