Running at bzexcess.com port 5500. I removed the -dddd from the map file as that is an unnecessary amount of debugging (plus, I use logDetail instead). I also noticed that I couldn't drive on all of the paths. Here is a screenshot of where I couldn't move forward.

this might be a good base for a multi-layer map

I couldn't find the problem you described after testing it out locally, and on your server.
on the other hand I found I misplaced an object, which is fixed in the file below.

As for the bug, happens with weird shift/spins/etc on arcs (and sometimes boxes).

If you 360 from all of the spins I doubt blast will run into that problem again.
