thats not true. If your fighting someone you shoot at them they jump then you shoot the pyramid and it hits the guy in the air.

You need to specify a safety zone for team flags if you want it to go to the base, etc. I can do that on the server for you, if you'd like. I already modified your map to go on the server anyways. >:)

You aren't supposed to get stuck on them. That is why they are drive-through and shoot-through.

Answer to this problem: the pyramid in the center, take it out what really happend was it went to the top of the wall, the pyramids in the way

If the flag can't go to the center, it gets returned to the base.
