I copy and pasted the full URL into my address bar (notice that the automatic link supplied gets cut off at the "ö" in your name) and get a 5x5 all-white PNG. Is that what it's supposed to be?
And the lesson for tonight is:

Never underestimate the ability of a newb to expect instant success and cry "cheat!" when they don't get it. Don't hate the newb, just give them plenty of learning opportunities. ;)

Read the Map Making forum FAQ, http://my.bzflag.org/bb/viewtopic.php?t=10489

BZFlag offers a free texture hosting service at http://images.bzflag.org. To qualify to be hosted, you need to own the rights to use those textures (i.e. you made it, or you have permission to use it from the creator).
You can submit images via the submissions page, and they will be moderated. Be patient - the moderation can take some time. Remember - this service is a privilege, not a right.

more then likely it is the ö in the name, usually extended characters aren't supported in URLs. I'd resubmit it with a regular o and it should work.

I'll also get our web guys to look into filtering those out.
