How to make Shockwave Shrink

Post by Kasofa1 » Sat Oct 03, 2009 12:50 am

I have a world weapon set to shockwave that I want to shrink when it fires (e.g start from size 15 and go to size 0.) when I set the -ShockInRadius to 15 and -Shockoutradius to 0 it says...

Code: Select all

MacOS/bzfs -world ~/Desktop/BzWorld.bzw
bad argument "-shockInRadius"
BZFlag server 2.0.10.20071129-MAINT-darwin8.10.1-SDL (protocol 0026) http://BZFlag.org/
Copyright (c) 1993 - 2007 Tim Riker
Plus all sorts of server variables.
Any tips on what I'm doing wrong?

-K
I can get a positive score; I just choose not to.

For config and options block in maps.

Code: Select all

-set _shockInRadius #
For in-game /set usage.

Code: Select all

/set _shockInRadius #

Ok, that still isn't working, anything I might be doing wrong? When the shockwave goes off, I only hear the noise, nothing shows up on screen/radar. I still can't get this to work. :|

The tweak the variables so they do. Experiment.

ha.
its something called trial and error. Simply test the variables until they are right.
