You need BZWTools for blender. It can be found at http://liquid.me.uk/bzwiki/index.php/Main_Page .

That is the easy way. Unless you want to export to .obj, checkout the BZFlag source from SVN, compile BZFlag, compile modeltool, and then convert the .obj to .bzw with modeltool.
Or you might be able to export to .obj, then import that .obj into a recent copy/build of Wings3D, and then export to BZW. It needs to be recent, since the BZW exporter hasn't been in there for all that long.

Re: .blend to.bzw
um, the model tools are not found, anybody have a link that works?
Re: .blend to.bzw
ehh, i chucked all that in "C:\Program Files\Blender Foundation\Blender\2.66\scripts\addons" but its not showing up in blender. (yes i did look for it in the user preferences addon tab)
is it only compatible with an older version of blender?

Re: .blend to.bzw
Probably. It's not a tool that is developed any longer.
My suggestion would be to just export to OBJ and then convert that OBJ to BZW with either the Modeltool program we created, or with Wings3D (which can export to BZW).
