How to make a flag dissapear after drop?

I noticed that on Missile War 2.3 and many other servers that when you drop a flag, it goes up in the air, then a rainbow coloured disk comes and swallows it up. I am making a server and see that when my flags get dropped, it just flies up, then lands on the ground where it was dropped. How do I get it to do what it does on Missile War 2.3?
