The Train
This is my latest map - the train.
Very loosely based around the train I catch regularly.
In essence, it's a laser sniping CTF map. The only flags available are L, CL, GM and ST.
Currently playing at: beyond.infinity.bz:4888
One thing to make clear: this is by no means a final release, and it has a whole host of bugs, so please form an orderly queue. You can /report bugs, or post them here.
I have already taken into account suggestions for more objects in the middle - i'm thinking litter: coke cans, crisp packets etc. As well as spawn zoe issues.
All help and opinions greatly appreciated.

Quite. Very nice texturing. Reminds me of Louman's Desktop.
Good job.
EDIT: Just visited it. Was still awed with graphics, but the playability is horrid. If one person on the opposing team gets a laser, and jumps onto his/her base, it is an absolute perfect sniping spot. It's also the same on the ground. Maybe you should insert a teleporter like on The Two Tanks That protects the bases and the area around it. You can go through it, into "no man's land".

It is alot of fun, but the spawning on top of "the train" is really annoying. Perhaps put a teleportor on top or a hole in the ceiling.
Also i think wings on that map would be fun.

I realise the laser thing is horrible. I'm working on it.
I might put the base behind a box at the back, or something.
Spawning on the roof is a spawn zones problem - I'm going to redo them entirely.

It has protection around the bases to prevent CTF camping, as well as better distribution of flags and better spawn zones.

VERY cool! When I get a chance to play, I'll come & see how it is ... but wandering around in observer for a few minutes shows that you put a lot of work into it.
It looks very cool, and I'd say you did very well with it.

this is awsome. i love the can by the way. i found only one prob so far. i spawned in a spot rely hi and i couldnt get out of it.

I never realised it was a train when i first entered it
I saw the screeny u took and im like OMG DATS AWESOME!

i had that prob too and someone there kept telling me i was meant to spawn there
Anyway i hope its fixed now, its the only reason i stopped playing at that place.

Yeah. That does anoyme. I put it on auto pilot to see iof he knew a way to get down from there when i was up there. He just stood still. :\
