My first map. :D

Post by pointblank »

http://img251.imageshack.us/img251/7788 ... ctf0wf.png

Yup, my first map. Not much to say, really. :)

Things that are to be done:
1. Finish bases.
2. Finish the center of the bottom level.
3. Finish 3rd and final level.
4. Finish corners.

Tell me what you think so far!

Decided to make this a full 4 team CTF map. Added another level. Finished the bases. Now just finishing the center, the last level, and etc. :) Should be ready soon enough.

Another update.

Some minor problems fixed. Decided not to have a screenshot since the changes aren't very big. Made the steps a little lower after doing some testing on a private server yesterday, found out that the steps were too high to jump on.

Qwerty
This looks very good! Now I just need to get a hold of BZEdit... (or wait for iBZEdit) I must say that's a very good first map and looks like the beginnings of a pro map.

When is iBZEdit coming out, I thought they had stopped the BZEdit project?

iBZEdit is maintained by BinarySpike. It is not a "port" of BZEdit. It's a whole new project. Binary said he should be able to add saving funtionality within 2 days to 2 weeks. My estimate a alpha should be out within a month or so. (again this is what I think... best to PM Binary or let me get a hold of him...)

BZEdit (the Windows one), I beleive, is basically not going to get any new features such as meshes. (I don't think Binary is planning this either for iBZEdit)

I really don't want to get to OT... if you want I can PM you a version as of two days ago (in .dmg).
