I have added a function to the API to tell if a player is paused or not.

BZF_API bool bz_isPlayerPaused( int playerID )
Returns true if the current player is valid and paused.
I have allso added a paused field to the bz_ePlayerPausedEvent
event to let you know if they are pausing or unpausing.
