/set _skyColor on cap plugin wanted

Hi, i dont do plugins myself but on behalf of alec i'd like to request a plugin that changes the _skyColor to the teams color upon cap.

so for example, if red caps on green, the sky color is changed to red, and vice versa

if you want you can make it for just a red vs green ctf, but if you feel like it you can make it work for all ctf maps.
