You can and should get it yourself, as it is publicly available. See http://my.bzflag.org/w/SVN . You probably want the code for the 2.0 branch, so make sure that is what you pull down (it is detailed on the wiki SVN page). The code for the plug-in is in the plug-ins folder, once you download the 2.0 branch.
