NR score restorer for 3.0

Earlier on I was thinking about how when people go NR they loose their score.

I was thinking a plug in that would restore a players score if they went non responsive.

I understand that this wouldn't be possible with the code of 2.X but for the future when 3.0 is released, this plug in might be a nice addition to the shiny new bzflag 3.0 :D

And it wasn't just for going NR... more for any kind of rejoin.

But, some people rejoin to reduce the score, perhaps an option to restore the score.

Actually it is really neither new (five some years in the making), nor shiny... someone wanna bug Tim to allow shaders?
