Problem with shooting

Hi all,
I found a plugin named CustomFlags at following link

and compiled it. There is no any problem about first joining player (server or client)
but when I join as 2. player and when I use Quintruple Barrel, 4 fires (except main fire) are going randomly
How can I fix the fires with tank front?
PS: You can see the yellow player's fires as attachment.
