Flag Stealer plugin

I've made a plugin we enjoy on our work server. Here's the README.txt

We play short 7 minute FFA games, max player score of 7. In a situation
like that, someone getting and keeping a flag like GM or L can just ruin
things. So, this plugin steals your flag after you kill someone, unless
your score is -5 or lower.

Why don't you just set the shotlimit to 1?

I want to be able to use the weapon until I kill someone, and then have the weapon removed.

If this plugin is operating properly you might post it in the plugin releases forum. It makes a nice addition to to the Plugin Pallette. It's similar to L3M4R's recently released oneOnOne plugin, but different. Interesting how you tied in score.
It would also be nice to compile .so's for the three major operating systems. I would be happy to help there, but only if it is operating properly, and you are satisfied with it.
