BZFlag casual get together on 30 July 2005

There is going to be a small informal get-together of some of the BZFlag developers, players, and admins in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A. on 30 July. Several of the BZFlag developers, regular players, server admins and friends will be getting together at Gladstones (a restaurant) in City Walk (Universal Studios) at around 7pm-8pm. BZFlaggers are welcome to join us at this informal gathering for some food, drinks, and friendly conversation.
This isn't a catered event or anything, heck reservations aren't even made yet so it just might be free-for-all seating and just to be clear, everyone picks up their own bill. But that said, it should be a fun event and has been over the past couple years. It's nice to put a face and voice to the callsigns.
For those of you that don't follow the BZFlag IRC channel chatter, this isn't the first time we've gotten together. Last year in particular was rather fun with about ten of us enjoying some sushi and later capping the night off with some excellent tea down around Redondo Beach (also in the Los Angeles area).
I know that this is very "last minute", but if you're in the area and can make it, feel free to stop by for a little bit, shake some hands, share some stories, get to know some of the tanks in person.
