this is the changes ... more or less whatsin there. some things might have changed since the file is 5 weeks old...

the plan was for the 1st of this month, but sourceforge cvs went down so they're checking over the code before the final release... expect it in the next day or 2 i think...

Well thank goodness. That's means that I don't have to screw around with Sourceforge CVS. I haven't been able to cvs update since November.
