Help with saving *live* configuartion

hello, i just host a server in wich i have many thing customized and i need to save it. some customization is lost: that's what i call live configuration

ask me for any more details

So what I understand from this is...you want to save the server variables that you set in-game? You can't. Write them down and add them to the config file manually.

what's synthax for saving vars.txt? and corrrectly read by server

Groups would be configured via a groupdb. Also, I generally don't use vars files. You can just use -set within your config file. There is PLENTY of documentation about how to do this. Please read the BZFS documentation, check the wiki, and search this forum.
