Why is a certain server not allowing me to talk?

on one of the laser sniping servers, it isnt allowing me to talk. what should I do to talk?

I beleive you are talking about Boxy War and they require you to be registered to talk. You are already registered, by registering for these forums. Use your username and password from these forums in the callsign and password fields of your BZFlag client. You will get a cool '+' sign next to your name when playing and you will be able to talk
