I printed it myself, mate with a cool program called "Rastorbation..."
No, it is not connected in any way with what you think that would sounds like

it's not that hard to make them, actually. I googled the program win was talking about, downloaded it, and ran it. All you need is an image, scissors, tape, and a printer. Oh yeah, you also need the program.
