picture to bzw converter

would anybody happen to know a picture to bzw converter? like bmp to bzw where each pixel is a 10x10 box or something? cause i wanna make a REALLY complicated map and it would make my life so much easier if this exsisted.

there use to be one here..i think it got incorporated into
bzmapper...also here...search for bzmapper...
