Here is yet another test with tanks. Please critisize this test.

Stick a ground in there, with a background as well. Maybe mountains, or just a sky for a backdrop..but not anything too distracting. But I haven't tried modeling a thing, so..

When I went to my first art class, before anything else I was taught (our first subject was a pumpkin) never to draw the great floating pumpkin. Please, please, please make a background for it. Lots of white space is very unappealing.

EDIT: BTW, my friend Smiles says, when asked, that it sucks. When asked for good criticism, he said it sucks. However, that is his reaction to almost everything, so...

It would be nice to have a ground and sky. but it would be kool to have some bullets somewhere. maybe from the purple tank shotting the Z and it Rico'ing off.

It doesn't look like the shadow coming from the BZ, and the shadow from the purple tank match up.....perhaps it's just me.

But yea, with the clouds, I don't know if ducktape just wanted clouds above the tanks. But I'd like to see the clouds around the arena - meaning it looks like the map is in the clouds.

How Bout the moutains but really close so it looked like the were right in front of it. or clouds

I think I see that the shadows are imperfect. Perhaps your light source is too close.

Instead of clouds, you could probably get away with a gradient for the sky.
