I find it helps your reflexes a bit.

Yeah, there's also terrorcore. Look for the Darkcore albums (3, 5, and 7 are the best). Androgyn Network and The Destroyer are awesome!

i listen to robzomie, judas priest, ELO, some oldies, but mostly linkin park, and some others...im not a big fan of music like Axl is she wrote down the whole book :D
