You use a mesh.
A mesh face is a one-sided object, if you go around to the other side of it, it isn't there.
Two mesh faces back to back look like a very skinny bzw box or meshbox.

To make the one-way-door/wall, either:
• Just have one mesh face. Tanks can go through one firection but not the other.
• Have two mesh faces and make one drivethrough/passable. This means that you see the wall from both sides but can drive through one side.
• Just have one mesh face infront of a meshbox. Make the meshbox passable. The advantage of this method is that it can look more like a normal box to players. This could also be achieved by making a box mesh rather than just one or two face(s)...

You can make meshes in a text editor like Mac's TextEdit, but I wouldn't recommend this. Try some 3D Modelling software like Wings3D or Blender.

you would need to set that attributes on a per face basis, so you'd want a real mesh, where you have per face controls.

yes you have to make a mesh, with the faces in the shape you want.

NO you can not do it on a box. it must be a mesh, since you have to set the options on each face. You do not have control over the settings of each face on a box.
