It did play well! These maps were quite popular about a year ago. They are very well designed indeed.

My bad, I had commented out the red spawn zone. Sorry. I have uploaded a corrected zip.

I don't like it.

Of course, I never had a burning desire to become a pirate, either.....

Maybe a helpful comment or two about why specifically you don't like it? Or is it just not the kind of map you enjoy? :)

It looks great. 8)

I do think that a similar map (as in, a map using 2 ships on the sea) was released about 6 months ago, using tedius's whirlpool. Just saying.... :D

Yes, "Calypso's Wrath" uses my whirlpool, but anomaly's map predates both that map and the movie it is based on.

This is a great map. Anomaly's maps are all well-thought-out, simple, and fun to play on. Just like a Mac.

Yes, but HiX requires careful thinking, grows in complexity the more you play it, and is loved and derived from once discovered. Just like Linux. no flame war intended

I played it recently, and I just don't like it. It's tough to get back up if you spawn in the bottom of the ship, the details of the ship easily become obstacles, and there are still some bugs to work out. I don't like confined areas that much either....

The only reason why I added "Hope it plays well" is because I remember once playing a map that was absolutely horrible (no offense to whoever made it) for spawn kills. The point was the pretty much the same, except more space between ships and faster bullets. A lot faster.
But, I've tried this map, and it certainly seems to play quite well. Well made, too.
