Actually, I can see the confusion, if he's familiar with Pillbox League (and I think I remember approving him).
PB League allows/encourages people to sign up for the spawn group themselves. (I still have to approve them) Basically, it saves a few PMs. That and I don't have to hunt down their registered callsign on this board and figure out which is the right one. (you'd be surprised how often this is a problem) All I have to do is check the group when I read this BB and approve the requests.
