Opponents always stealthed?

Is there a way so that you can still have a radar that'll show you your position on the map along with all of your teammates, yet everyone who isn't on your team is invisible to you and you're invisible to anyone not on your team?

Currently, that is not possible.

Will it be possible in the new releases? And will enemy's bullets be visible?
