A perfect pacman map

Post by jpenguin »

I normally do CTF maps, but for fun I did a a pacman-style map. It was made by taking a screen shot from MAME, fixed it a little in GIMP, ran the pic through potrace, exported the svg as a bmp from inkscape, ran the bmp through bzmapper to get a bzw, fixed up the bzw a bit, added teleporters and spawn zones. It's under the CC0 license, which is 'no law. http://labs.creativecommons.org/licenses/zero/1.0.

The point of this is that it's an EXACT copy of the original puck-man (original japan pacman) map. The other, I think, is a copy of the atari 26000 versio0n

- And then there's mine...
- And Dutchrai's...
- And this super Pac-man-ish map... ;-)

On a more positive note, awesome recreation. It's almost like the real thing! (except for the whole "tank" concept ;-)
