You could just post your questions in the appropriate forum section and somebody will answer them there. Might wanna use the search function first though.

Beside the forum search (as Jeff mentioned) and many web pages I'd suggest to check http://shellshock.bzflag.bz. Its contents are rather old and not really up-to-date (e.g. regarding available flags), but in my eyes it's one of the best resources for tips and tricks for non-experts.
