there are not many french players that are on the forums, if any. i could see why he would want to talk about the game with other french people. imagine if you went to a french game and got on forums where everyone spoke french, you'd most likely want a thread to find people that are english.

there are a some french players in the community (and english is not there most preferred and taught language )

cruel dog is canadian (like you), but from quebec. some badgerking's regulars i know and haven't been mentioned by zaphod are prout, diarrhee purulente, sub [fr], totoabc, french blonde. again none of them are active on the forum. maybe a dedicated thread like this could change that...or not.

The French players here have no own website.fr. I guess, its their right to have a place where they can talk in their own preferred language. English is a pretty nice language, but everybody thinks its easier to talk in his mother tongue. Isn't it funny that most people, who gets annoyed about talking in French (or other languages, but English) on this forum, are Americans or people from Britannia. Those guys who gets annoyed are those who didn't have to learn English. Funny, eh? Well, think about it!

Pour ma part je suis Québécois et j'ai rarement le temps d'écrire quand je joue à bzflag. Surtout pour ce qui est de traduire mes pensées

Alors je tire sur tout!
En passant sa doit faire +8 ans que je joue à BZFlag mon ancien username était KAMEKAZE. Je ne sais pas si certains de vous se souviennent? Et un jour j'ai décidé (pour faire mon petit comic) le changer pour Nazi Rental Tank. Et là, je me souviens plus du petit frustré, mais y en a un qui était vraiment choqué de mon username. Il me traitait de rascite... c'est juste un nom drôle. J'imaginais les vieux tanks nazi sorties des poubelles pour de la location. Bref, j'ai été bannie et j'ai renommé mon username en USB RENTAL TANK (c'est drôle pareil, mais moins percutant).
